Editing the Lock Time Profiles
This section describes how to edit lock time profiles on iLOQ 5 Series Manager.
Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
Proceed as follows.

- Select the desired lock.

Right-click to select Edit time profiles.
The Edit lock time profiles wizard is opened.
- Select Edit time profiles.

Select either:

Not time limited — If you select this option, the lock ignores all time profiles on keys. In other words, the keys function 24/7 even if they do have a time profile.

Apply all time profiles on a key — If you select this option, the lock applies all time profiles on keys.

Apply selected time profiles — If you select this option, the lock only applies the selected time profiles on keys. If the selected time profiles do not match with the key time profiles, the key functions all the time.
- — Click the Arrows right button to move all items to the list.
- — Click the Arrow right button to move the selected item(s) to the list.
- — Click the Arrow left button to remove the selected item(s) from the list.
- — Click the Arrows left button to remove all items from the list.
When you have selected a time profile, click it to view more information on the time profile in a view on the right.
Regardless of your selection, the lock always applies the key validity start and end dates and times.

Select how to proceed.
The options depend on the lock type and its programming state. The options are:

Leave locks in planning state — Select Leave locks in planning state if you want to leave the locks in the planning state, and program the locks later.

Order locks — Select Order locks for S5 locks, if you want to create the programming task, but execute it later, or program online locks.

Order and program locks — Select Order and program locks for S5 locks, if you want to create the programming task, and execute it at once for a single lock at hand.

Order and send — Select Order and send for S50 locks, if you want to create the programming tasks and transfer them to default programming phones, and let the phones carry out the programming, when the phone is placed against the lock.
If you select this option, the lock will enter the Ordered state. This means that the lock programming package has been sent to the default programming phone(s). The lock enters the Issued to programming state when the phone replies to the server that is has received the package. Finally, when the phone has visited the lock and programmed it, the lock enters the Programmed state.
Note:The Browse locks view is not automatically refreshed, but you must press the Refresh button to refresh the view to see the changes in the lock programming state.

Order and transfer tasks to Programming key — Select Order and transfer tasks to Programming key if you want to create the programming tasks, transfer them to the Programming key, and take the Programming key with you to program the locks at the site. If you have networked locks, this option will also program them through the network.

- Click Next.
- A summary window is displayed.
- Follow the wizard to end the procedure.
