This section describes how to fetch audit trails from locks on iLOQ Manager.
The Phone Keys having network connection send a single audit trail event to the
server, upon every lock opening. However, as there can also be offline openings by
Key Fobs or Phone Keys, you can request that the entire audit trail be fetched from
the lock. This function fetches all audit trails, including the offline openings,
from the lock.
Proceed as follows.

Select .

Select the lock from which you want to fetch the audit trail.

Right-click to select .
An audit trail pick request is sent to phones defined as default programming
phones.
There is a tick mark next to the menu selection.

If the tick mark is present, the request has been sent, but the most
recent audit trail is not yet on the server.

If the tick mark is not present, the request has been sent, and the
most recent audit trail is on the server.
As soon as one phone fetches the audit trail, the request is removed
from other default programming phones.
