Browsing Locks
This section describes how to view lock information on iLOQ Manager.
Proceed as follows.

Select Basic data > Browse locks.

The locks are shown in the grid view.
The columns are:
- Placement — Placement refers to the lock door or room number that you can find in the floor plan.
- Floor plan — Floor plan indicates the floor plan where the lock is located at.
- Locking target — Locking target provides a more detailed description, or the name of the room or premises, where the lock will lead to.
- Lock cylinder — Lock cylinder refers to the lock cylinder type.
- Serial number — Serial number indicates the serial number of the lock. If a lock has a serial number in the software, it also has a physical counterpart. This information is only shown for locks that have been programmed in the system.
- Sw version — Sw version refers to the lock cylinder software version.

Programming state — This column contains the
programming state of the lock. Possible values are:
- Programmed — The lock has been programmed, and the physical lock has the same data as shown in iLOQ Manager. This is the desired state for the locks in the system.
- Ordered — The lock has been ordered. A lock programming task has been created for the lock. It is either a task for initial programming of a new physical lock, or a re-programming task for an existing lock. However, the lock programming is pending. A user with enough usage rights can program the lock.
- Transferred to programming — A lock programming task has been transferred to iLOQ Programmer.
- In planning — Changes to an existing lock information have been made, or a new lock has been added, but not yet created as a programming task (that is, ordered).
- Programming incomplete — This status column indicates whether the lock programming state is incomplete or complete.
- Time limited — This status column indicates whether the lock is time limited or not.

Programming type — This column indicates the
latest lock programming type. Possible values are:
- Normal — The latest lock programming has been an access right or time limit change.
- Blacklist change — A key has been or will be added to or removed from the blacklist.
- Reset — The lock will be reset.
- Online authentication — This status column indicates if the lock requires server authentication in conjunction with opening.
- Audit trail disabled — This status column indicates if the collection of audit trails is disabled for the lock.
- Last edited — This status column indicates when the lock programming state was last changed.
- Editor — This column indicates the user that has last changed the lock programming state.
- Estate — This column indicates the estate where the lock belongs to.
- Zone — This column indicates the zone where the lock belongs to.
- Lock model — This column indicates the lock model.
- Escutcheon — This column indicates the escutcheon type.
- Door type — This column indicates the door type.
- Approach direction — Approach direction refers to the direction where the lock will be opened from, if the door is equipped with a double-sided lock.
- Lock extension — This column indicates whether the lock has an extension piece, and its length. The extension piece is used to extend the lock cylinder length.
- Door thickness (mm) — This column indicates the door thickness. This may be necessary information for mounting the door.
- Depth of lock body (mm) — This column indicates the depth of the lock body. This may be necessary information for mounting the door.
- Opening direction — This column indicates the door handedness.
- Note — This column contains additional information on the lock.
- Other requirements — This column contains other requirements related to the lock.
- Count of access rights — This column indicates the number of access rights assigned for the lock.
- Count of hidden access rights — This column indicates the number of lock access rights hidden from the user, on a foreign zone.
- Outdoor use — The check box in this status column indicates whether the lock is suitable for outdoor use or not.
The locks in the grid have color codes as follows:
- Green — The lock is selected.
