Handing over a Key Fob

This section describes how to hand over a Key Fob to a person on iLOQ Manager.

This procedure is only applicable for the Key Fobs, not for Phone keys.

You can hand over a Key Fob to a person when the key has been programmed, and attached to a person.

Proceed as follows.

  1. Select Basic data > Browse keys.

  2. Select Hand over key.
    The Handing over of keys wizard is opened.
  3. Select Hand over key.
  4. Select the Key Fob that you want to hand over to a person.
  5. Select Next.
  6. A summary screen is shown.
  7. Select optionally whether you want to print out a Key Fob hand over document.
  8. Select Ready.
  9. Select Close.
