This section describes how to blacklist a lost key using an existing key, on iLOQ Manager.
This function is used to set a lost key to the blacklist by converting an existing
key to a replacement key, instead of using the Programmer or creating a new key. The
replacing key will inherit the access right(s) from the lost key. Due to this, use a
key that has the same access right as the lost key to prevent enlarging the access
rights of the replacing key.
