Editing the Key Access Rights
This section describes how to edit key access rights and time limitations on iLOQ Manager.
Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
Proceed as follows.

Select Basic data > Browse keys.
- Select the desired key.

Right-click to select
Edit the access rights of the key.
The Edit the access rights of the key wizard is opened.
- Select Edit access rights of the key.

Select the access right(s) for the key.
Tip:
If also want to view possible lock-specific, individual access rights, not visible by default, select <all> in the drop-down menu at the top left-hand corner of the screen.

You can manage the selection of access rights with the arrow buttons as
follows:
- — Click the Arrows right button to move all items to the selection list.
- — Click the Arrow right button to move the selected item(s) to the selection list.
- — Click the Arrow left button to remove the selected item(s) from the selection list.
- — Click the Arrows left button to remove all items from the selection list.

You can manage the selection of access rights with the arrow buttons as
follows:

If necessary, set the key as time-limited by selecting Define time limitations.
You can define two different time limits as follows:
- Start date or Week Calendar for the first time limitation.
- Key is valid to or Week Calendar for the second time limitation.
Note:When you define the time limits, you define the times when the key is enabled.
The options are:

Not in use — If you select this radio button, the key is not time-limited. The key is always enabled.

Start date — If you select this radio button, the key is time-limited on locks that have time-limit 1 enabled. The key is enabled as of the date and time you define in the date and time fields.

Week Calendar — If you select this radio button, the key is time-limited on locks that have time-limit 1 enabled. The key is enabled on the weekly times you define in the calendar.

Key is valid to — If you select this radio button, the key is time-limited on locks that have time-limit 2 enabled. The key is enabled until the date and time you define in the date and time fields.

Week Calendar — If you select this radio button, the key is time-limited on locks that have time-limit 2 enabled. The key is enabled on the weekly times you define in the calendar.
Tip:If you want to define an overnight time limit, such as from Monday 6 p.m to Tuesday 7 a.m, set the start time in the beginning time field, and the end time in the ending time field. If the start time is later than the end time, the system automatically allows for the day change at midnight.
Tip:You can see a calendar preview on the defined limits by clicking the Preview button.
- Select Next.

Select how to proceed:

Leave keys in planning state — Select Leave keys in planning state if you want to leave the key in the planning state, and program the key later.

Order keys — Select Order keys if you want to create the programming task, but execute it later, or remotely program the key through the Key Programming Hot Spot.

Order and program keys — Select Order and program keys if you want to create the programming task, and execute it at once for a key at hand.

Order and transfer tasks to programmer — Select Order and transfer tasks to programmer if you want to create the programming task, transfer it to the Programmer, and take the Programmer with you to program the key at the site.

Order, program and hand over key — Select Order, program and hand over keys if you want to create the programming task, and execute it at once for a key at hand, and to hand over the key to a person.

- Select Next.
- A summary screen is shown.
- Follow the wizard to end the procedure.
