Programming S5 Keys and S50 Key fobs

This section describes how to program S5 keys and Key fobs on iLOQ 5 Series Manager.

Proceed as follows.

  1. Select Basic data > Browse keys.

  2. Select the key(s) to be programmed.

    The selected key must be in the Ordered state. If the key is in the In planning state, order the key first. See Ordering S5 Keys and S50 Key fobs.

  3. Right-click the selected keys and select Program key.
    The Programming of keys wizard is opened.
  4. Select Program keys.
  5. A list of keys to be programmed is shown.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Select Program key.
  8. Click Next.
  9. A summary window is displayed.
  10. Click Ready.
  11. A status screen is shown, displaying the key that is next in the programming queue.

  12. Place the requested key against the Programming Adapter or Programming key.

  14. Follow this procedure to program the selected keys.
  15. A summary window is displayed.
  16. Click Close.
  17. The programmed keys appear in the key grid view in the Programmed state.
