About the project
Woonstad Rotterdam was looking for a solution that offered simple access management without a complex infrastructure for their different types of property. Traditional access systems involve many cylinders and keys and a complex infrastructure which would lead to high costs for hundreds of doors. They needed to find a locking system so that every person within the target group experiences comfort, security and convenience.
The solution
The iLOQ S5 digital locking system was chosen by Woonstad Rotterdam. In the past, a digital locking system had only been utilized on the main entrance and storage doors. With the installation of iLOQ’s solution, it could now also be applied to the doors of the residential apartments. This significantly simplified key management and enhanced security.
