KomuHomes is a building management platform where the end customer can see their resident data and make bookings to shared spaces. KomuHomes works seamlessly with iLOQ’s 5Series access management platform to enable tenants to make shared space bookings and view shared space booking calendars via a single resident application. Integration can also be used to automatically switch smart devices on and off when needed via relays. The solution transforms how iLOQ and KomuHomes customers can manage their transforming their booking management and remove unnecessary manual work.
