iLOQ S5 is a locking system based on strong digital authentication – a perfect solution for offices with a heavy flow of people and multiple layers of security. The solution improves the efficiency of access control in offices that have previously used mechanical-based locking and access control systems. Additionally, iLOQ S5 is easily expandable to a remotely controlled, lightweight and practical access management system capable of handling large amounts of access rights under one user-friendly platform.

A consistent level of high security

iLOQ S5 ensures a consistent level of high security, as both the locks and keys are fully programmable. Access rights are managed with the easy-to-use cloud-based iLOQ Manager software, where the placement of locks is displayed on a floor plan of the property.

Locks and keys are updated with a programming device that uses a separate programming key for data encryption. The access rights of keys can also be updated remotely by using a ‘key programming hotspot’ installed on the property.

Remote-controlled access management system

The iLOQ S5 locking system can be expanded into a fully remotely controlled iLOQ S5 Online access management system. The extension allows you to add remote controlled lock cylinders, RFID and PIN-code readers and time-controlled electronic locks to the same system.

For example, main entrance doors can be locked over the weekend and only opened with a combination of a key’s RFID tag and a PIN-code.

The entire locking system for one or several properties can be administered easily, cost-efficiently and centrally using the iLOQ S5 Manager software.

Locking adapts to changes in facilities

When work responsibilities and facilities change, staff-specific access rights need to be updated. With iLOQ S5, access rights are programmed quickly and easily onto one digital key, allowing it to unlock, for example, doors, cam locks and padlocks. Heavy key rings and multiple sets of keys are not needed.

Digital locking powered with the push of a key

iLOQ S10 was the world’s first electronic locking system to generate energy for unlocking from the motion of inserting a key. With no batteries to be replaced, locks and keys are always operational and maintenance costs are significantly reduced.

iLOQ is a particularly suitable solution for us as keys can be programmed here at the office without needing to order them from a locksmith. We can modify the access rights of the keys ourselves and if a key is lost, we can blacklist it. In addition, keys can be equipped with an access control RFID chip.
