iLOQ’s innovation knows no limits – part 1: Sweden – winning through webinars
In these difficult times, the whole world is facing unprecedented challenges in both our working and personal lives. Luckily iLOQ is finding innovative ways to ensure that it’s business as usual.
Close cooperation with and supporting our partners is a high priority for iLOQ. We provide in-depth training on our products so that they fully understand how our solutions work and what benefits they bring to our end customers. This, in turn, helps them to grow their businesses. In ‘normal’ times, we arrange frequent workshops in our iLOQ offices and at our partners’ premises. However, to comply with the current social distancing guidelines, we are not able to meet in person. But we are making sure that we can still meet our partners ‘face-to-face’, albeit virtually.
Roger Svärd is the Technical Manager from our Swedish office. He has already organized two web training sessions for the iLOQ S5 digital locking system, with about 20 participants in each. Two more similar events are saved in the calendar. Sitting through a PowerPoint presentation is challenging at the best of times – even more so now when there are potential interruptions when several members of the family are at home. The most important piece of equipment in Roger’s training sessions is the webcam. He has found that the webcam keeps engagement levels high and it has even allowed him to do practical demonstrations of iLOQ products.
The feedback from partners has been very positive:
“I think it was excellent. With headphones on and the trainer visible on screen, it felt like you were in the same room.”
“Thanks. It worked really well. It was great to see who was talking. The training felt more real.”
“Great presentation. It’s easier to understand and keep up when you can see who is talking.”
Web training sessions fit in well with one of iLOQ’s strategic business objectives – that we are easy to do business with. Keep following our channels to learn more about how we support our partners and customers today and how we will continue to do so in the future. Keep well.
